This also includes any non- residential property being used for commercial profit or potential to bring income. Commercial Real Estate can also be leased or bought for the use of the business. The properties that are included are categorized in different classes; such as Class A, Class B, and Class C. Class A, are the newer buildings that are professionally managed. Class B, are usually targeted toward investors; the sole fact is for renovation within the build, which creates a high return for the investors. Class C, are out-of-date buildings; usually lower rent and more vacant location but are targeted for redevelopers.
